So, Riley had a fantastic weekend with the in-laws, playing, laughing, crawling and basically showing off. She even started saying Buh-Bye! It was so cute. We went to the mall twice! And mommy even got a little me-time to get her hair done and run some errands without baby. So very, very nice. :-) We also got a look at Daddy's baby book for the 1st time and were able to compare how mommy, daddy and Riley reached their milestones. It was very cool!
Mommy: Arrived @ 7:33 am via cesarean and 2 wks late with Blonde hair and brown eyes
Daddy: Arrived @ 9:10 am via vaginal birth and 9 days early with Black hair and blue eyes
Riley: Arrived @ 1:17 pm via vaginal birth 1 week early with Black hair and blue eyes
Mommy: Weighed 8 lbs 2 oz and was 20 1/2 inches tall
Daddy: Weighed 7 lbs 3 oz and was 19 inches tall
Riley: Weighed 8 lbs 1 oz and was 19 inches tall
Mommy: was formula fed from birth
Daddy: was formula fed from birth
Riley: drank breastmilk until 4 1/2 months
Mommy: was fed rice cereal at 9 days
Daddy: was fed rice cereal @ 4 weeks
Riley: was fed rice cereal @ 4 months
Mommy: was fed meats & veggies @ 6 weeks and Fruit @ 3 months
Daddy: was fed fruit @ 4 weeks, veggies @ 3 months and meats @ 4 months
Riley: was fed fruits & veggies @ 5 months and meats @ 6 months
Mommy: at table food and drank cow's milk @ 8 months
Daddy: ate table food @ 5 months and drank cow's milk at 3 1/2 months
Riley: sipped water from a sippy cup @ 6 months (no table food or cow's milk yet)
Mommy: weighed 21 lbs at her 6 month checkup
Daddy: weighed 16 1/2 lbs and was 26 1/4 inches tall at his 6 month checkup
Riley: weighed 18 lbs and 2 oz and was 27 inches tall at her 6 month checkup
Mommy: Rolled from stomach to back at 17 days, and back to stomach at 5 months
Daddy: Rolled from stomach to back at 2 1/2 mo, and back to stomach at 3 1/2 months
Riley: Rolled from stomach to back at 3 mo, and back to stomach at 5 1/2 months
Mommy: Laughed at 3 1/2 months
Riley: Laughed at 3 1/2 months
Mommy: Sat unsupported at 4 1/2 months, crawled at 6 months, and pulled herself up to stand at 6 months
Riley: Sat unsupported at 5 months, crawled and pulled herself up to stand just before she turned 7 months old
Mommy: said Mama at 6 1/2 months
Daddy: said Dada at 7 1/2 months
Riley: said Mama at 6 1/2 months
Mommy: cut her first 2 teeth (bottom center) at 6 1/2 months
Daddy: cut his first tooth at 7 1/2 months
Riley: cut her first 2 teeth (bottom center) at 5 1/2 months
