You Capture: Light and Texture Thursday

So, in the spirit of trying to improve on my photography, I've decided to participate in some weekly photography challenges just for some fun and inspiration. This week's challenge from You Capture was "Light" and I'm also adding a bit of Texture for Texture Thursday from The Daily Wyatt. (Unfortunately, none of these particular photos include Riley, but I hope to have her feature in future challenges.) These pics were taken at my friend, Bri's Christmas decorating party at her apartment. Fun!
